Mayor Bill Finch, the police chief and school officials held a news conference at Black Rock School in Bridgeport today to reassure parents that their children are safe.



Students returned to school today, three days after 26 people were killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School.



Parents welcomed the reassuring words at the news conference, but are still on edge.
