As November elections near, final criticisms were uttered out by 4th Congressional District candidates in the last of their eleven debates.Congressman Chris Shays (R) and Democratic challenger Diane Farrell rigidly stood their ground, frequently hitting out at eachother. Shays accused Farrell of having no vision, no ideas, no solutions and no experience. Farrell continuously countered that her experience was culled from the people of Connecticut, not centered in Washington.Ironically, both candidates admitted the campaign had been a negative one. They pleaded with Connecticut residents not to let it reflect in their votes.
