Bruno DiFabio took home the top prize at the World Pizza Championship in Europe.
DiFabio claims his success comes from the quality of his dough, which he compares to a canvas. He says he will continue to improve upon perfection, and let the customers be the ultimate judge of his work.
DiFabio owns Pinocchio Pizza in Wilton and New Canaan and ReNapoli Pizza in Old Greenwich.
