Four days after becoming the law of the land, Gov. Ned Lamont's office released its first set of "guidance" for legalized marijuana.
The state unveiled its specially dedicated website ct.gov/cannabis.
Lamont says the website spells out what's legal now, what will be legal in the future, and what will never be legal, including person-to-person private sales.
Several local leaders criticized the rollout of the new law as being too fast, and not giving them time to know the "do's" and "don'ts."
