Connecticut's COVID-19 positivity rate is now over 3 percent for the first time in months, Gov. Ned Lamont said today.
Lamont says he is staying away from mandating that masks be worn indoors, though he is recommending it. He will leave it up to businesses for now.
The governor also says he has no plans yet to mandate the vaccine for state workers.
