Connecticut State Police are busy this holiday season.

Between Friday Dec. 22 and Dec. 26, troopers responded to 3,795 service calls across the state.

Here are some additional statistics:

• They wrote 237 speeding tickets

• Arrested 29 for driving under the influence

• Responded to 259 vehicle accidents
  

Four of the accidents were fatal in Franklin, Westport, Middletown and Salisbury.
