News 12 meteorologists say a warmup is on the way after two days of bitter cold temperatures.
Wednesday will start cold and end milder with highs in the low- to mid-40s. It will be breezy as well, with some gusts to 20 mph.
Thursday and Friday will feature temps in the 50s, maybe even near 60 degrees in a few spots.
Thursday looks to be dry, but Thursday night will see some rain and gusty winds come through the area. The rain ends Friday morning and temperatures will be dropping during the day.
OVERNIGHT: Mostly clear and cold. Low of 18.
WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny, breezy and milder. High of 43.
THURSDAY: Mostly cloudy, windy and mild. High of 58. Rainy and windy at night with near steady temps.
FRIDAY: Early rain ends, becoming partly sunny, windy and turning colder. Early high of 53.
SATURDAY: Partly sunny and chilly. High of 40.
SUNDAY: Mostly sunny and quiet. High of 40.
