He says now is a great time to book a winter trip since the winter season starts Dec. 15 and prices will get higher. Huie says to save money you can look at all-inclusive resorts. For good value he suggests looking at Punta Cana. He also likes Aruba, St. Lucia and St Thomas for their good dining and beautiful beaches.
