Bridgeport police have announced the arrest of a convicted felon found in possession of a gun.
The suspect, identified as Kevin Reese, was taken into custody after a brief pursuit.
According to officers, they attempted to pull over Reese, but he fled the scene. Police later located the car parked and caught up with Reese when he approached the vehicle.
As officers approached, Reese allegedly tossed the gun and tried to run away. He was subsequently apprehended and arrested.
