Sam Gault, president of Gault Family Companies, says that not only are they installing dozens of central air conditioning systems, but they're also tackling replacements and repairs for existing customers, too.
Gault says the pandemic is making things even more hectic, because people staying at home more means more installations.
If you have central AC, the company says these tips could help you avoid a breakdown:
1. Maintenance.
2. Check the air filters.
3. Make sure the area around outdoor units are clear so they get enough air up and around them to stay cool.
