A Connecticut appeals court overturned the manslaughter conviction of Jason Gonzalez today.
Gonzalez was previously convicted of manslaughter for giving Donald Wilson the gun that was used to kill Larry Paulk in Norwalk back in 2007. The court ruled that there was not enough evidence at trial to prove that Gonzalez intentionally helped Wilson.
Gonzalez had faced 45 years in prison in connection with the murder.
