Gov. Dannel Malloy says he is calling Connecticut lawmakers back to the Capitol for a special legislative session on the state budget shortfall.
The governor and lawmakers have not reached a bipartisan agreement on how to deal with the deficit.
It is currently estimated to be between $350 million to $370 million. 
Malloy says he wants lawmakers back on Tuesday.
