The Make-A-Wish Foundation has turned a dream into reality for a teen from southwestern Connecticut with a potentially fatal kidney condition.
When Make-A-Wish found out that 18-year-old Nick Cesarini's dream was to have his 2003 Ford F-250 restored, it turned to Redline Restorations in Bridgeport.
"I was speechless, I was shaking," Cesarini said of his reaction to the restored truck. "I didn't know whether to cry or what to say or what to do."
Cesarini added, "I've always been a car guy and I've always enjoyed driving. It gets me away from things, especially having this kidney transplant... I can't believe it's mine, I'm so grateful."
