Dashcam video released by Connecticut State Police shows a crash on I-91 in Enfield that seriously injured two troopers last week.

The footage shows an Acura driven by Joel Caiza losing control on the rain-soaked highway and crashing into Trooper Christopher Genovese, according to authorities.

The car also struck Trooper Matthew Cerri's cruiser.

Police said Caiza was also injured in the crash.

The troopers were investigating a separate crash when they were hit.
