Portnoy visited New Haven Pizza Place on New Haven Avenue in Milford, giving the establishment a 7.9 rating.
He previously declared New Haven the "Pizza Capital of the World" and lauded Sally's Apizza as the best pizza he's ever had, awarding it an unprecedented 9.2 score.
He has also previously reviewed Modern Apizza and Pepe's Pizza in New Haven.
