Defense attorney Jon Schoenhorn filed a motion Wednesday to dismiss some of the charges against Michelle Troconis - a defendant in the case of Jennifer Dulos.
In his motion, Schoenhorn included a video of state police interrogating Troconis back in 2019 about the disappearance and presumed death of the New Canaan mother.
The video shows Traconis offering to do anything she can to help with the investigation.
The motion focuses on Troconis' arrest in September when she was charged with evidence tampering and conspiracy to commit evidence tampering in September.
Schoenhorn also wants a hearing regarding the evidence police say they have against her. He says Traconis denied knowing where Jennifer Dulos was or how she disappeared 18 times.
In his filing, he writes that the warrant "contained falsehoods, recklessly disregarded the truth, and omitted material facts, that negated probable cause."
Schoenhorn asks that the motion would be heard by a different judge.
