Traffic came to a crawl on Route 1 in Westport today for a few hours after two sewer lines collapsed.
As News 12 Connecticut has reported, the initial break in the sewer line happened near Trader Joe's.
Crew officials say a second but smaller area also collapsed as they were finishing repairs.
Police hope traffic will return to normal this evening.
