Milford homeowners have stopped an apartment complex planned to come to their neighborhood.
In an open letter to residents, developer Metro Star says it is no longer pursuing plans for the former St. Gabriel school on Tudor Road.
The company says the decision was made following input from residents and Milford Mayor Ben Blake.
