WHAT'S NEW: Temperatures start near freezing in the morning and stay cool in the afternoon.
WHAT'S NEXT: A big spring warmup is on the way. Dry and sunny weather returns next week. Temperatures soar into the 70s and even near 80 by the end of next week.
