It's been more than a decade since Tom Geppel, his wife and their two children started 8 Hands Farm with about a dozen sheep.
They now have chickens, goats, cows, pigs and turkeys.
But their mission hasn't changed.
It's to reconnect people with their food - completely opposite of what the corporate, and many would say inhumane, world of food production does.
