East Haven police say a woman is accused of convincing her husband he had Alzheimer's so that she could steal $600,000 from him.
They say Donna Marino stole and forged pension, settlement and Social Security checks from her husband over a period of 20 years. Police say she also conspired with a friend who is a notary public to sign the papers giving her power of attorney over him.
