The owner of an Easton horse farm is denying allegations of neglect after the state Department of Agriculture removed five horses from his property yesterday.
Officials say a witness called them after seeing a sickly horse, limping at the Pee Wee Farm on Silver Road.
Paul Vitton says he has a different philosophy when it comes to horse farming.
Officials say the farm was warned back in October that the animals needed to be checked by a veterinarian.
The state also says there is not enough shelter for the horses.
