An Easton man pleaded guilty to federal charges for threatening Fairfield police officers.
Raymond Neuberger, 41, sent text messages threatening to kill officers in April, according to police.
"I'm going to kill all the Fairfield cops," wrote Neuberger. "Tell Fairfield PD I'm close to snapping. I'm armed.”
Officials say Neuberger made numerous calls threatening the Fairfield County Regional Dispatch Center and the police department.
They say he drove to the Fairfield Police Department to yell and threaten officers.
Neuberger was arrested on April 29 and is being held in federal custody.
He previously served time for animal abuse towards cats and threatening, according to police.
A sentencing date has not been scheduled, according to officials.
