Prosecutors say an Easton police commissioner who is also a Stratford business owner is facing federal charges.
Raymond J. Martin, 48, was arrested after a long-term investigation by the FBI, Homeland Security and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
Officials say Martin was communicating with a group that distributes narcotics like oxycodone and steroids.
