Emmet's Book Drive honors Stamford boy who died of cancer

Emmet died on Sept. 25, 2019 after a battle with cancer. His mother says she believes the best way to remember her son is with purpose.

A book drive was held in Stamford Tuesday in honor of a boy who died of cancer.
Emmet Manheim had a love of reading.
"He just always wished he had more books to bring home," said his mother Lisa Manheim
Emmet died on Sept. 25, 2019 after a battle with cancer. Manheim says she believes the best way to remember her son is with purpose.
"I believe that reading changes lives and Emmet did, too," said Manheim.
