A program in Fairfield County is receiving praise for helping corporate professionals transition to the non-profit sector.

Encore Fairfield County is a program developed by the University of Connecticut that gives business people who've had successful careers a chance to give back. 

Stacey Goodwin, a graduate of the program, says some of the best minds in the non-profit sector showed her how to work in their world.
