Just when Connecticut drivers were getting used to paying a little more than $2.50 for a gallon of gas, experts say the prices are expected to go up.
Analysts say it's just a matter of days before prices hit $3 again following a spike in crude-oil prices to above $90 a barrel.
?At this point I?m afraid I think prices will continue to move higher until there's a sign we're headed toward a recession,? says Peter Beutel, an energy analyst at Cameron Hanover.
Drivers say they're frustrated with what they have to look forward to at the gas station. Some say they will hunt around southwestern Connecticut for the best deal and drive less.
