Wired Wash & Wax on Tunxis Hill Road held a ribbon-cutting ceremony after new owners bought in the business in February and renovated the car wash and detail center.
The renovations include a new driveway and more detailing services available.
“I was actually in the car wash business,” said owner Chris O’Connell. “It was my first job in high school, it was something I fell in love with from an early age. And then I also worked at Splash for a couple of years in my 20s and learned the ins and outs of the business. Really excited to get back into 15 years later.
Wired Wash and Wax is open seven days a week.
