A Fairfield designer is holding a contest for two models to join a group of librarians on the runway in her upcoming fall fashion show.
Jennifer Butler hosts an annual fundraiser at the main branch of the Fairfield Public Library.
Her "model lotto" for the final two spots was drawn Tuesday for the Sept. 17 show.
This year, she says she plans to show off 70 new outfits. She has a studio on Mill Plain Road where she sews them.
Butler says she's cherished public libraries since she was a child.
