The owner of a Fairfield newsstand might be lucky for life with his store having yet another big lottery winner.
Harry Patel says he has sold a second-prize winner on a "Lucky for Life" ticket four different times since 2010, which is worth $25,000 per year for life.

Lottery officials say the latest winner was purchased on March 24 by Cythnia Ostrosky, of Fairfield, who matched her first five numbers but missed the "Lucky Ball" number.

Patel says that his store gets a percentage of the lottery winnings, and that the amount of winners he has had has improved his lottery sales.
