Coastal communities in Connecticut could see windy and dangerous driving conditions, as well as possible flooding from Hurricane Jose.
In Fairfield, the Penfield Beach Pavilion just reopened a few months ago after it was severely damaged by Superstorm Sandy back in 2012.
Fairfield Beach Road was impassable because of flooding during Sandy.

It's something residents who live in the area say they think about whenever there's the threat of another hurricane or tropical storm.
Gov. Dannel Malloy has said Connecticut has learned a lot from Irene and Sandy and is better prepared now.
The Fairfield Fire Department is busy prepping too.
According to officials, all the town's departments are getting ready to respond should there be coastal flooding or power outages.
Officials are encouraging residents in town who live in low-lying areas to move their cars to higher ground ahead of Jose.
