A pedestrian died after a two-car crash in Nantucket.
Nantucket police officers and fire officials responded to reports of a motor vehicle crash involving the pedestrian on June 29, just before at 1:30 p.m.
They found the female pedestrian underneath one of two cars involved in the crash.
The pedestrian was later identified as 62-year-old Stacey J. Rosen, from Atlantic Beach. She was transported to the hospital, but died from her injuries.
The Nantucket Police Department charged 62-year-old, Kathleen M. Featherston, from Fairfield, with negligent operation of a motor vehicle and motor vehicle homicide due to her negligent driving.
