Fairfield police say they're aware of scam calls circulating the town.
The fraudster is allegedly posing as an officer and telling victims there's a warrant for their arrest.
The caller says it’s because they have a missed jury duty or court appearance.
Police say these calls are fake.
Police do not call about active arrest warrants or missed court appearances.
