Thousands of people are still without power following Wednesday's powerful nor'easter.
Hard-hit towns such as Fairfield were forced to close school again Friday because dozens of roads remain blocked off.
UI reports around 1,600 customers in town were still without power.
Fairfield's first selectman said UI will have a plan in place by Saturday as to when power will be restored.
There are several warming centers across western Connecticut, including one at Black Rock Church.
