Fairfield's PJ Curry is the owner of PJ's Pops. Curry operates out of a tricycle, although it's not what he originally envisioned.
"I wanted to have an ice cream truck, but I'm too young to have a license, and it was way too expensive," says PJ. The 11-year-old entrepreneur received his business permit and health license, putting him officially in business two weeks ago.
"Everyone just comes up and goes PJ's Pops, can we get some ice cream? It's fun for us because we sell and have a good time," says PJ.
He visits most beaches and parks in Fairfield, all except Sasco Beach because of its hilly nature. "It's going to take like 20 minutes." says PJ.

His Instagram is PJsPOPCYCLE, that's where PJ posts the locations he will hit day of.
