Fairfield University's annual Clam Jam spring celebration is this weekend. This year organizers say there are some big changes.
In the past, the party has had problems with drunken behavior and property damage.
This year the university is taking charge and is moving the event to Penfield Beach, away from homes in the area.
Police say they're planning to boost patrols and keep close watch on the party.
