Connecticut's first Family Justice Center is celebrating its grand opening in Bridgeport.
Officials say the center offers streamlined services for victims of domestic abuse, sexual assault and child abuse in a single, safe location.
Numerous state and local officials and community leaders attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
They say the center will impact many in southwestern Connecticut.
