A Monroe father is facing charges after police say he accidentally shot his 10-year-old son.
Police say Vincent Pizzolato, 44, accidentally pulled the trigger of his gun when he was putting it away last week.
They say the bullet went through a wall and hit his son in the cheek.
Pizzolato turned himself in on a reckless endangerment and assault with a firearm warrant yesterday.
The boy is expected to be OK.
