The federal government is sending $3.6 million to Connecticut to help pay overtime costs associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
FEMA says it will give the money to the Connecticut Department of Emergency Services & Public Protection.
That department says employees worked nearly 28,000 hours of overtime between March 2020 and June 2022 on pandemic-related matters.
