A fire burned a vacant home in Norwalk, officials say.
It happened yesterday afternoon on Strawberry Hill Avenue.
The fire caused flames and smoke to shoot out of the house.
A neighbor tells News 12 fires like the one at the home are becoming common in area.
Officials say the home has been vacant for about six months.
Fire officials did not say what caused the fire.
