A fire in a multifamily house Sunday in Stamford displaced 24 residents.
It happened shortly after 7 p.m. on Taff Avenue.
Firefighters say they found flames shooting from the top floor of the three-story building.
They say it took about half-hour to get the fire under control.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Stamford Fire Marshal's Office
