Firefighters battling Arthur Avenue blaze aren't deterred by frozen hydrants

Firefighters successfully battled a blaze on Arthur Avenue Thursday, but it wasn't without problems.The firefighters say they had a hard time finding a source for water on the corner of Arthur Avenue and 178th Street. They say when they arrived on the scene, most of the fire hydrants were frozen. Firefighters say they found a few working hydrants after searching.No one was home when the blaze started. Officials are still investigating what caused the fire.
