First lady Jill Biden will pay a visit to Connecticut this week to meet with U.S. Navy families for a holiday gathering.
The first lady is expected to make a visit Thursday joined by Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro.
The holiday gathering will begin at 5:15 p.m. and is hosted by United Through Reading at the U.S. Submarine Veterans Club in Groton.
