State officials say the first positive case of domestically transmitted Zika virus has appeared in Connecticut.
The Department of Public Health says the patient recently traveled to Florida and is beieved to have contracted the virus there.
So far, 85 cases of Zika have been confirmed in Connecticut.
Five have been in pregnant women.
