Former Hamas hostage Edan Alexander returns to service in Israel

Former Hamas hostage and Tenafly resident Edan Alexander was back in Israel this week and back in uniform, as he returned to service as he promised.

Alexander, who was tortured and held hostage for 584 days, spoke this week at the site of the Nova Music Festival massacre.

He told the crowd he will now use what he learned while in captivity.

Alexander spoke at the ambassador's summit, addressing a crowd of 1,000 Christian pastors, youth leaders and educators.
