A two-time
gold medalist hosted an Olympic watch party in Greenwich Friday night as she
couldn't watch the games in Tokyo.
Donna De Varona has her friends and family over to cheer on Team
USA. De Varona was the youngest member of the Olympic team at 13 years old.
She won two gold medals when she was 17 years old in
the Tokyo Games and in her swimming career broke 18 world records and fastest
times.
When she wasn't swimming, she was working the
Olympics – doing sports commentating for 17 Olympics.
While COVID-19 restrictions have kept her home this
year, she's excited to celebrate with friends and family.
