This weekend's frigid temperatures are causing water main breaks in western Connecticut communities.
Officials in West Hartford say more than 30 homes were affected by two water main breaks over the weekend.
In Plymouth, officials were working to repair two water main breaks that affected about 45 customers.
Service was expected to be restored later Sunday.
