Friends and relatives are still in disbelief that a Bridgeport teen?s life was cut short Wednesday in a fiery car crash. Police say 18-year-old Jonathan Franco was speeding on Old Newtown Road in Monroe when he lost control of his car and slammed into a tree. Injured in the crash were 18-year-old Joshua Kirk, a senior at Central High's Magnet School, and 18-year-old Steven Keiser. A 16-year-old girl, also a student at Central High, was hurt in the crash as well. Police are trying to determine if drugs or alcohol played any part in the accident.
