Spring time is here!
That means warmer weather is
around the corner and flowers in
full bloom.
However, it also means it's
allergy season.
Storm
Watch Team Meteorologist Alex Calamia says that showy flowers are not the cause
for your sneezes!
“Allergies come from tiny grains
of pollen suspended in the air,” he says.
It is plants like Juniper, Maple
and Oaks that release an incredible amount of pollen, which can linger in the
air for days, traveling for miles during hot weather.
