Gov. Ned Lamont announced Monday that four more people in Connecticut have been diagnosed with the U.K. variant of COVID-19.

Gov. Ned Lamont announced Monday that four more people in Connecticut have been diagnosed with the U.K. variant of COVID-19.
The additional cases bring the total number to eight.
The eight people live in New Haven, Oxford and West Haven, and they range between 15 and 50 years old.
Several were tested through Griffin Hospital's testing program between Jan. 6 and Jan. 18.
